Super Pressure Trapezium Grinding Mill

TGM Series Super Pressure Trapezium Mill is mainly used to make powder in the industries of metallurgy, construction materials, chemical, mining, electric power industrial, steel industry, coal industry, etc.  It can produce powde of various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as barite, limestone, kaolnite, ceram and slags, etc.  The powder size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 mesh.  30-80 mesh coarse powder can be produced with special device in the machine if necessary.

Working Principle:

Raw material after being ground bettween ring and rollers goes upwards together with airflow to be classified by separator, powder meeting fineness requirement enters cyclone powder collector through pipe together with the airflow, and then is discharged from the outlet valve as final product.  The circular air returns back to the blower, so the above process will be repeated, and the remaining air enters the bag filter in order to protect the circumstance.  The whole operation process works in subpressure condition.
