HGM Three-Rings & Medium-Speed MicroPowder Mill

HGM series three-ring medium speed micro-powder mill is widely used in calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, tablite, ceyssatite, barite, gypsum, alunite, black lead, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore, floatstone etc.  It can produce powde of various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9 and humidity below 6%.  The size of final powder can be adjusted between 325-2500 mesh.

Working Principle:

Motor drives main shaft and every turnplate through reducer.  The reducer drives dozens of rollers to rotate against race way of ring through pin.  Material falls to circle under the centrifugal force and comes down to raceway of ring to be crushed into powder. After ground in the first race way, the material goes to the second and third turnplate.  Blower inhales external air into the mill and carries the powder after third turnplate into powder-separator.  Turbine in the separator makes coarse powder drop down and ground again, and the final powder goes into cyclone powder collector together with air current and is dischargee from outlet valve, at the same time, air current with a little dust goes out through blower and muffler after purified by filter.

Capabilities and Characteristics:

7.The price is only one eighth of that of air current mill, under the same capacity and same size of final product, while its application range is larger than air current mill.

8. The pressure from rollers to materials is increased by 800-1200Kg with the function of high pressure spring, and the power consumption is one third of air current mill.

9.The feeding size is big, and the size of final product can reach < 6.5um super fine powder directly.

10.The eclipsedform multipole seal device keeps the mills in good airproof condition. 11.Non-bearings and non-bolt in the grinding chamber. Because of this, these questions destroying the machines can never exist for bearing, sealing element or the bolts loose.
