Application The High-Pressure Grinder Mill is suitable for micro powder milling processing of various materials in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries. The finished particle size can reach to 800 mesh.
Scope of Application It is suitable for grinding various non-flammable and explosive ores with a hardness of less than 9.3 Mohs and water content less than 6%, such as barite, calcite, marble, limestone and ceramics etc.
Machine Introduction The High-Pressure Grinder Mill is suitable for grinding barite, limestone, ceramics, slag etc other Mohs hardness not more than 9.3, humidity below 6% non-flammable and explosive minerals. The finished particle size is 80 to 425mesh adjustment (The finest size can be up to 800 mesh). The machine can produce 30-80 mesh by adding special devices.

Working Principle
In the main mill, a high-pressure spring with a pressure of 1000-1500KG is fastened on the spider. After starting to work, the grinding roller rotates around the main mill shaft, and under the dual action of high-pressure spring and centrifugal force, it rotates closely against the ring. Its rotation pressure is 1.2 times higher than Raymond mill under the same power conditions, so the output is greatly improved. When the grinding material enters the chamber, it is shoveled by the blade and sent to the gaps of roller and ring for grinding. The rolled powder is sent into classifier with the circulating air of the blower. The qualified fine powder enters the powder collector with the air flow to collect the finished product, and the large particles fall back to re-grind. The circulating air returns to the blower and repeats the above process. The residual air enters the bag filter for purification. When the roller and ring is wearable, adjust the length of the high-pressure spring to maintain a constant rolling pressure between the roller and ring. This ensures a stable capacity and fineness.
Equipment Advantages  
1. Compared with other mills, the output of the High-Pressure Grinder Mill is increased by 10-20% under the same power conditions, and the grinding pressure of the roller on the material is increased by 800-1200kg under the action of the high-pressure spring.

3. The finished particle size of the High-Pressure Grinder Mill is wide. It can reach 0.6MM (30 mesh), the particle size can generally reach 0.033 MM (425 mesh), and a small number of materials can reach 0.013 MM (1000 mesh).
4. The dust removal effect meets the industry dust emission standards.
5. Classifier is easy to adjust. The grinding device adopts overlapping multi-stage seal, and good sealing performance.
