Scope of Application	It is suitable for all kinds of rock ores used to make sand crushed stone, as well as ores for crushing and beneficiation, such as iron ore, copper ore, river pebbles, dolomite, limestone, granite, etc.

Working Principle	ZSW series grizzly feeder is composed of feeding chute, vibration exciter, spring support, transmission device, etc. The vibration source of the tank vibration feeding is the exciter, the exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts (active, passive) and gears, the motor drives the active shaft through the V-belt, and then the gear on the active shaft meshes the passive shaft to rotate, and the main and passive shafts rotate in reverse at the same time, so that the tank vibrates, so that the material flows continuously to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.

ZSW Vibrating Feeder can be used to feed various ores, stones, river pebbles, construction wastes and other lump and granular materials. The feed chute is equipped with single layer of grate bars, which can simply pre-screen the materials to remove the fine materials and sundries in the raw materials.
