Machine Introduction	Spiral sand washer is a kind of sand washer, mainly through the screw device in the equipment to mix the sand and gravel, so that the soil and water in the sand and gravel are mixed and discharged from the flow port on the equipment, while the sand and gravel are gradually screened under the action of the screw device and discharged from the top outlet, so as to realize the cleaning and screening effect of sand and gravel. Spiral sand washer is suitable for washing, grading, impurity removal and other operations in metallurgy, building materials, hydropower and other industries, and is used for washing and sorting of fine-grained and coarse-grained materials. It is suitable for construction sand and road construction. The spiral sand washer has low power consumption and high cleaning degree. Good sealing structure, fully enclosed transmission device, adjustable weir plate, to ensure the product, durable, cleaning, dewatering effect, fine grain product to maintain stability and other characteristics.
Working Principle	The spiral sand washer is composed of a tank, a reducer, a motor, a central shaft, a spiral blade and a bracket. The rotor of the machine adopts a central structure, the spiral blades are installed on the central shaft, and there is a reducer connected to the central shaft for work. A device that carries out mechanical extension by virtue of the principle that the specific gravity of solid particles is different, so that the sedimentation speed in the liquid is different. The spiral sand washer has fair structure, convenient maintenance, large processing capacity, small power consumption and high cleaning degree. The novel sealing structure, fully blocked oil bath transmission device and adjustable overflow weir plate of the spiral stone washer ensure that the series of products have good durable, cleaning and dehydration effects, and fine-grained products are not messy.
